Package Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are in unworn, brand-new condition.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and attach it firmly to the exterior of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
